Encouraging others to share in their love of what the outdoors has to offer. Our goal is to educate and entertain and experience fishing opportunities the state has to offer.
About Capt. Sergio Atanes
Experience
Raised in Tampa, Capt. Sergio Atanes holds a 100 Ton USCG Master Captain’s license and has over 55 years of experience fishing the local waters of West Central Florida. Capt. Sergio picked up his first homemade fishing rod at the age of four and soon developed a passion for the sport, expanding his fishing knowledge and skills over the last 40 years.
Operating as a full-time captain since 1980, his depth of knowledge, patience, and sense of humor makes a day on the water most enjoyable for everyone from novice to expert.

• 18 years on ESPN Radio. Currently has a Hispanic television show on Estrella TV, Mega TV and Univision TV covering all the major markets in the USA and South America

Fishing School
The school was started in 1992 to educate both the novice and expert. His school has graduated over 7,000 students since 1992, many students have become tournament winners and even captains over the years, getting their start with Capt. Sergio’s Saltwater Fishing School.
About Capt. George Hastick
Experience
Established in 2001. Capt. George Hastick has been fishing the waters of Tampa Bay and the St Petersburg area for 40 years and has been a professional Tampa Bay / St Petersburg guide for over 20 years. Capt. George is an accomplished tournament angler whose passion for fishing started at the young age of 5. Fishing has grown into an obsession that he loves to share with everyone he meets and his goal as professional guide is to ensure his clients have a great day on the water. He’s known for his ability to find and catch snook, though redfish, trout, cobia, mangrove snapper, grouper and more are among species he frequently targets.

Along the way, he has won many tournaments in the local area and uses that experience to make your fishing trip a memorable one.
